Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again

  • Then contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
